Architect Designer

Prepare residential and commercial architectural designs using Auto-CAD. Develop existing conditions drawings, conceptual plans, permit drawings, and specifications. Design electrical, plumbing, and mechanical plans; perform energy calculations and design pressure documentation. Ensure compliance with Monroe County and City of Key West building codes, HARC guidelines, and permitting processes. 3D modeling and rendering. Req: Master’s degree in architecture. Hours: M–F, 9:00 AM– 6:00 PM.
